I can refuse requests for any reason

All commissioned artworks are for personal use only unless agreed otherwise

Commissions are currently digital only, you will be notified when I accept traditional works

You will receive updates during key stages: Sketch - Flat Colour - Final Render

Work process takes 2 weeks - 1 month before completion.

All commissions are handmade and made to order

I reserve the right to decline the order for any reason

You are commissioning my original craftsmanship and creativity; not a copy of another designer's work

Once I receive your reference and ideas, I will give you a sketch or concept summary

Custom orders take 1-3 weeks depending on workload and complexity

You, as the client, are expected to thoroughly read my ToS and understand my general prices. And by placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions.

You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use including (but not limited to): profile pictures, digital wallpapers, personal websites, avatars (or ‘persona’), and printing/physical reproductions (as long as it’s for PERSONAL use, ie: NOT for sale.)

You are NOT authorised to modify my finished artworks, feed to AI training data nor use it as a “base” for tracing.

You may NOT claim my work as your own.

You may display the final product on external sites, proper credit is encouraged but not necessary.

I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery.

I reserve the right to notify and refund the full amount paid should I no longer wish to work on your commission for any reason.

I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

Do keep in mind that my style does not encapsulate the traits of all characters. I will still try to deliver the best version of the commissioned character(s) to the best of my abilities.

I retain all copyright over my work, including the right to reproduce and use the artworks as samples for self promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.

In regards to a private commission, I do not own the character design unless it was designed by me. Therefore, I will not resell the artwork for personal or commercial projects unless agreed upon.

An exchange rate of 5% will be accounted for in PayPal

50% upfront and 50% afterwards can be negotiable

No refunds (unless I'm unable to finish it due to some issues)

I am not responsible for any transaction mistakes made on the client's part

A non refundable deposit of 75% is required to confirm your order

The remaining 25% must be paid before shipment or delivery

Payment options: PayPal (other options can be discussed)

Prices may vary depending on fabric/material availability, design complexity and delivery location

Ready 2 wear clothes are to be paid in full

For custom orders, pay 50% to reserve your box and the remaining 50% before shipment.

For fixed orders, customer pays 100% before the item is shipped.

No refunds
